The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Location: the hotel was so close to the beach and high street and centre of town. And it was just a short walk away from Samphire, ate there couple of times.

The place was homey and friendly and the staff were welcoming, the location was excellent on the outskirts of whitstable. Location: the hotel was near seaside, the centre of Whitstable and the Old Neptune pub.

We truly enjoyed this gorgeous hotel; its particularly nice breakfasts, airy rooms. There were extremely comfy beds and central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities inside the room. The venue had indeed a good location very near the town centre. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Samphire that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Fab location, lovely old hotel, fantastic rooms. Welcoming staff with a good portion of humor. Beautiful building and rooms with a view of the garden. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.
